Anchoring the outermost western part of the Vineyard lies Aquinnah. A scenic feast punctuated by the outcroppings of clay cliffs and wild scrub brush. Within this idyllic coastal environment you will find a low slung house shielding itself from the prevailing winds while taking advantage of views down to Menemsha Pond. This house was dated and lacked critical usable space. A revisioning of the roof form allowed bedrooms to be brought out of the basement and acted as a catalyst to introduce an new more contemporary interior flavor.
