rustic nuances meet suburban living

Nestled at the top of a hill with views to Boston on a clear fall day, this house went through a full renovation and the addition of a new family room.  Set into the grade the original house had no rear connection to the outside. The new design added a stone retaining wall, allowing for the creation of a new blue stone patio and direct access to the back yard.
